Nuts prices as of 21 April 2025 in Comparison to 31 March 2025 were as follows,
- •Shelled White Groundnuts wholesale price increased by 1.14Kwacha/kg (6%), while retail increased by 1.67Kwacha/kg (6%)
- •Shelled Tanzania Red Groundnut wholesale and retail prices remained the same.
- •Shelled Red Groundnut wholesale price increased by 6.67Kwacha/Kg, while retail increased by 8.33Kwacha/Kg.
- •Intoyo (Bambara Nuts, Monkey Nuts) wholesale and retail prices remained the same.
- •50Kgs Unshelled Fresh Groundnut wholesale and retail prices increased by 1kwach/kg at (14% and 13% increase respectively).
- •25Kgs Unshelled Fresh Groundnut wholesale price increased by 0.80Kwacha/Kg (11%), while the retail prices increased by 2Kwacha/kg a (25%) increase.
