Trade Opportunities for Zambia are not the problem. The problem is lack of market information that will help buyers and sellers make better informed decisions about trade opportunities. I am in complete awe at the number of traders, farmers, women in agribusiness and most shocking government officials from both Zambia and Kenya reaching out to me for Zambia market prices. My heart breaks every time I search for Zambia market prices and google returns the market information and prices I shared.
For AfCFTA to work Market Information must be part of the solutions. Unfortunately, that is information many African Government Ministries of Agriculture are unwilling to share. Here is our small contribution to helping Zambian traders, farmers, women in agribusiness not forgetting the youth, make better informed decisions on AfCFTA.
