Rwanda grows pigeon peas mostly for export to DRC.<\/li>\n<li>The price of Kenya\u2019s locally grown Pishori rice reached record high retail price of Ksh200($1.93)\/kg, this is because there was very limited stock in the last season. The current rice harvest is expected to reduce the price of Pishori to about Ksh160($1.54)\/kg, as the rainfall in the current harvest season was much higher than the previous one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Did you know the Kenya Pishori rice like wine taste and smells better with Age?
