Uganda exported to Rwanda (1,117MT) in comparison to Kenya (955MT). A lot of the trade was through the Cyanika border.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beans (2,556MT) <\/strong>was the second highest traded commodity. Uganda exported to Kenya (1,582MT), as Rwanda exported to Uganda (867MT).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Millet (2,049MT)<\/strong> was the third highest traded commodity during the week. The bulk of the millet was Uganda\u2019s exports to Kenya (1,995MT).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rice (1,592MT)<\/strong> was traded, Tanzania exported to Rwanda (910MT), as Rwanda exported (451MT) of rice to DRC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sorghum:<\/strong> There was a drastic reduction in the price of Sorghum in Nairobi from Ksh78($0.75)\/kg the previous week to Ksh45\/kg, which explains why more sorghum was being exported from Uganda to Rwanda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cowpeas: <\/strong>There has been very little cowpeas trade, Uganda exported (315MT) of cowpeas to Kenya.\u00a0 Tanzania exported (30MT) of cowpeas to Kenya.\u00a0 The price of cowpeas in Kenya continues to be very high at Ksh111($1.07)\/kg.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ground Nuts:<\/strong> The flow of ground nuts was from Tanzania to Uganda (516MT).
